Countryside Chic: Schnepf Farms

Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek welcomes couples to celebrate their nuptials on sprawling acres of gorgeous countryside. Featuring a charming peach orchard, large welcoming shade trees, and a fairytale-like meadow, the family-owned working farm is no stranger to making wedding dreams come true, hosting more than 120 weddings per year and counting. For a celebration where rustic-chic meets timeless elegance, Schnepf Farms offers three on-site venues that will ensure the perfect fit.

The Farmhouse at Schnepf Farms

The Farmhouse
Built in the 1950s by Ray Schnepf, owners Mark and Carrie Schnepf have transformed the original farmhouse into one of the most delightful countryside locations to have a memorable wedding. The 2,200 square foot property is located in the middle of the Schnepf’s 300-acre farm that includes a beautiful peach orchard, lush green lawns, grapevine-entwined gazebos, and large shade trees that all lend a striking backdrop for picture-perfect photos. The Farmhouse also offers a beautiful bridal dressing suite, a groomsmen private room, DJ dance floor, as well as an air conditioned grand ballroom with classic French doors, that can seat up to 150 guests in case of inclement weather.

The Big Red Barn

With renovations completed in 2014, the Big Red Barn offers 7,000 square feet of fully insulated, air conditioned open space that gives brides and grooms unlimited options for their big day. Constructed in the early ‘60s, the barn was originally used to store potatoes and was also the location for the farm’s well-attended Spring Fling Dance. Now, Ray Schnepf’s son, Mark, has restored and upgraded the cozy outbuilding to be the perfect spot to host an industrial barn-chic wedding that can accommodate 400-500 guests. The Big Red Barn features a beautiful white ceremony gazebo surrounded by a peach orchard, quaint bridal suite, groom’s dressing room, 30-foot ceilings with bistro lighting, and a wall of candles as a backdrop for a head table or sweetheart table.
